Hallmark Leadership Initiative (HALI) is a registered non-governmental and non-profit civil society organisation based in Maiduguri, Borno State. HALI’s prime motto is determined to mitigate present setbacks for a brighter future of the marginalised and vulnerable people of society. The ongoing complex emergency in Northeastern Nigeria, due to the Boko Haram insurgency and subsequent food security crisis, is a deepening humanitarian crisis that requires a robust response from the humanitarian community as well as strong and effective leadership and coordination at all levels.

Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Maiduguri, Jere, Borno
Employment Type: Contract
Job Summary
The Finance Manager provides strategic financial leadership, ensuring the financial health of the project and compliance with donor and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
The role oversees budgeting, financial planning, reporting, risk management, cash flow control, audits, and advises senior management on financial decisions.
Qualifications & Experience
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics is required, with several years of financial management experience.
Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CMA) are an added advantage.
