Commitment: Full-time, 3–6 months (renewable)

Manages human resource functions including recruitment, staff records, and volunteer onboarding, while simultaneously overseeing office administration, correspondence, filing systems, and general operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and reference checks.
  • Maintain accurate personnel files, attendance records, and leave management systems.
  • Onboard new staff and volunteers, ensuring they receive orientation, ID cards, and policy handbooks.
  • Administer payroll inputs, staff benefits, and performance management processes.
  • Manage office correspondence, filing systems, meeting schedules, and general administrative workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and organizational HR policies.
  • Coordinate staff meetings, trainings, and team-building activities.
  • Liaise with service providers for office maintenance, utilities, and supplies.

Specific Requirements:

  • Bachelor\’s degree or HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR administration, office management, or executive assistance.
  • Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, pension regulations, and tax requirements.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Commitment of 3–6 months minimum.

  • Must be a Nigerian citizen or legal resident.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Hausa or local languages is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively in multicultural teams.
  • Willingness to travel to field locations within assigned states, including rural and underserved communities.
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, internet); advanced digital skills required for technical roles.
  • Must possess a valid means of identification (National ID, Voter\’s Card, Driver\’s License, or International Passport).
