Commitment: Full-time, 3–6 months (renewable)
Manages human resource functions including recruitment, staff records, and volunteer onboarding, while simultaneously overseeing office administration, correspondence, filing systems, and general operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and reference checks.
- Maintain accurate personnel files, attendance records, and leave management systems.
- Onboard new staff and volunteers, ensuring they receive orientation, ID cards, and policy handbooks.
- Administer payroll inputs, staff benefits, and performance management processes.
- Manage office correspondence, filing systems, meeting schedules, and general administrative workflow.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and organizational HR policies.
- Coordinate staff meetings, trainings, and team-building activities.
- Liaise with service providers for office maintenance, utilities, and supplies.
Specific Requirements:
- Bachelor\’s degree or HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR administration, office management, or executive assistance.
- Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, pension regulations, and tax requirements.
- Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Commitment of 3–6 months minimum.

- Must be a Nigerian citizen or legal resident.
- Minimum age of 18 years.

- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, internet); advanced digital skills required for technical roles.
