Commitment: Full-time, 3–6 months (renewable)
Maintains IT infrastructure, manages organizational software and digital assets, provides technical support to staff, and ensures data security and system uptime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, networks, and internet connectivity.
- Manage organizational email accounts, cloud storage (Google Workspace), and software licenses.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Ensure data security through regular backups, antivirus management, and access controls.
- Support the development and maintenance of the organizational website and databases.
- Train staff on basic IT skills, cybersecurity awareness, and digital tools.
- Recommend and procure IT equipment and services as needed.
Specific Requirements:
- Bachelor\’s degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or systems management.
- Proficiency in hardware troubleshooting, Windows/Linux systems, and networking.
- Knowledge of web development (HTML, WordPress), databases (SQL), and cloud platforms is an advantage.
- Commitment of 3–6 months minimum.

- Must be a Nigerian citizen or legal resident.
- Minimum age of 18 years.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Hausa or local languages is an advantage.

- Willingness to travel to field locations within assigned states, including rural and underserved communities.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, internet); advanced digital skills required for technical roles.
