Full Vacancy Details

Location: Adamawa (HQ) with field travel

Commitment: Full-time, 3–6 months (renewable)

Sources and procures program supplies, manages vendor contracts, oversees inventory, and ensures timely distribution of materials to field locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare procurement plans, specifications, and terms of reference for goods and services.
  • Conduct market surveys, identify qualified vendors, and maintain a vendor database.
  • Process purchase orders, delivery notes, and payment requests in compliance with policy.
  • Receive and inspect goods, ensuring quantity and quality match specifications.
  • Manage warehouse inventory, stock cards, and distribution records.
  • Coordinate logistics for workshops, training events, and field activities.
  • Ensure procurement transparency and documentation for audit purposes.

Specific Requirements:

  • Bachelor\’s degree or HND in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Logistics.
  • 1–3 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain roles.
  • Knowledge of procurement best practices and ethical sourcing principles.
  • Strong negotiation, record-keeping, and vendor management skills.
  • Commitment of 3–6 months minimum.

  • Must be a Nigerian citizen or legal resident.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Hausa or local languages is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively in multicultural teams.
  • Willingness to travel to field locations within assigned states, including rural and underserved communities.
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, internet); advanced digital skills required for technical roles.
  • Must possess a valid means of identification (National ID, Voter\’s Card, Driver\’s License, or International Passport).
