Commitment: Full-time, 3–6 months (renewable)
Implements project activities at the state and LGA level, supervises field staff and community volunteers, and ensures deliverables are achieved on time and to standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement program activities at the community level according to approved work plans.
- Supervise Community Champions, field assistants, and casual workers.
- Organize community entry meetings, sensitization campaigns, and training sessions.
- Collect and compile field data, activity reports, and beneficiary records.
- Manage petty cash and field expenses within approved budgets.
- Liaise with community leaders, traditional institutions, and local government officials.
- Report weekly and monthly progress to the State Coordinator and Programs Manager.
Specific Requirements:
- Bachelor\’s degree or HND in Public Health, Community Development, Agriculture, Social Work, or related field.
- 1–3 years of field implementation experience within NGOs or government programs.
- Strong community mobilization, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in local languages (Hausa, Fulfulde, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Ability to ride a motorcycle is an advantage for rural access.
- Commitment of 3–6 months minimum.

- Willingness to travel to field locations within assigned states, including rural and underserved communities.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, internet); advanced digital skills required for technical roles.
- Must possess a valid means of identification (National ID, Voter\’s Card, Driver\’s License, or International Passport).
