Job Title: Office Assistant

 

Locations: Maiduguri and Jere, Borno

Employment Type: Contract

Project Duration: 10 months

 

Overview

 

The Office Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities

 

Responsibilities include communication handling, scheduling, filing, supplies management, visitor support, document preparation, data entry, and general office support.

Qualifications & Experience

 

A secondary school certificate or diploma is required, with basic computer skills and prior administrative experience preferred.
