Job Summary

The Volunteer Admin & Operations Officer will provide essential administrative and operational infrastructure support to the Live Again Group, reporting directly to the Founder. This position is perfect for an exceptionally well-organized individual who possesses excellent attention to detail and the capacity to seamlessly manage multiple support functions within a high-tempo social impact environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Management & Workflow

  • Office Coordination: Provide daily administrative support across various departmental functions and communication channels.
  • Scheduling: Assist in the coordination of high-level calendars, scheduling meetings, managing invites, and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Record Keeping: Establish and maintain robust, user-friendly filing systems, ensuring all digital and physical documents are archived securely and comply with internal standards.
  • Internal Liaison: Act as a key communication link between internal teams, ensuring smooth information flow necessary for project implementation.

Operational Logistics & Asset Control

  • Event Support: Coordinate the logistical requirements for organizational activities, including trainings, outreach programs, and special events.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the tracking, usage monitoring, and inventory of organizational assets, office supplies, and project materials.
  • Compliance: Assist with administrative follow-ups, managing deadlines, and ensuring compliance with internal operational guidelines.

Basic Procurement Assistance

  • Vendor Sourcing: Support fundamental procurement activities by identifying potential vendors and collecting competitive price quotes.
  • Requisitions: Assist in the preparation and submission of accurate purchase requisitions for organizational needs.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Drafting: Prepare clear and accurate minutes for internal meetings, along with simple administrative updates and activity reports.

Qualifications and Requirements

Educational Background

  • Minimum Requirement: Ordinary National Diploma (OND), Higher National Diploma (HND), or Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a closely related discipline.
