Job Title: Project Manager (Events & Marketing)
Location: Lagos
Job Schedule: Full-time
Role Overview
- As the Events and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and oversight of events and marketing campaigns from inception to completion.
- Your focus will include managing the website, overseeing all communication platforms, such as social media and email, and ensuring the consistent application of corporate design guidelines across all marketing and office- related materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Report directly to the General Manager.
- Plan, manage, and execute events (physical and digital), including logistics, budgeting, promotion, and on-site coordination.
- Regularly maintain and update the website
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to support events and organizational goals.
- Ensure consistent application of corporate design.
- Manage communication channels, including social media and newsletters
- Monitor project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Analyze campaign and event performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in event management and marketing.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders, team members, and clients.
- Experience in managing budgets, timelines, and teams.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing, website management).
- Graphic design skills are an advantage.
- German language skills are an advantage.
- A valid Nigerian work permit is required.
