Job Title: Program Coordinator

Job Summary

  • They are currently in need of a Program Coordinator who will support the successful implementation and coordination of one or more programs across geographies.
  • This role involves working closely with the program team, partners, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are well-organized, timelines are met, and communication flows efficiently.
  • It’s an ideal role for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for social impact in a remote working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and logistical support to ensure smooth program operations.
  • Coordinate program activities, events, and virtual meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Assist with tracking program deliverables, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date program records, reports, and databases.
  • Support grant and donor reporting by collecting data and drafting inputs.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to coordinate project activities.
  • Prepare internal documents such as meeting agendas, summaries, presentations, and status updates.
  • Assist with travel arrangements or fieldwork logistics, when applicable.
  • Identify areas for operational improvement and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • 2 years (minimum) experience in project or program coordination, ideally within a nonprofit or NGO setting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working remotely or coordinating across global teams is highly desirable.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently in a remote team.

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
