Job Title: Program Coordinator

Job Summary
- They are currently in need of a Program Coordinator who will support the successful implementation and coordination of one or more programs across geographies.
- This role involves working closely with the program team, partners, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are well-organized, timelines are met, and communication flows efficiently.
- It’s an ideal role for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for social impact in a remote working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and logistical support to ensure smooth program operations.
- Coordinate program activities, events, and virtual meetings across multiple time zones.
- Assist with tracking program deliverables, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date program records, reports, and databases.
- Support grant and donor reporting by collecting data and drafting inputs.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to coordinate project activities.
- Prepare internal documents such as meeting agendas, summaries, presentations, and status updates.
- Assist with travel arrangements or fieldwork logistics, when applicable.
- Identify areas for operational improvement and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- 2 years (minimum) experience in project or program coordination, ideally within a nonprofit or NGO setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working remotely or coordinating across global teams is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently in a remote team.
Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
