Job Summary

The Medical Laboratory Technician / Phlebotomist will be responsible for the proper collection, receipt, processing, and documentation of patient specimens. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related discipline.
  • Ordinary National Diploma (OND) is acceptable.
  • Prior experience in a laboratory or specimen accessioning role is an added advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of laboratory information systems is desirable.
