Malaria Consortium is expanding its team! We are looking for energetic and dedicated Finance Assistants to join us in Abuja (FCT), Borno, and Kogi.

Why This Role is Your Perfect Starting Point

The Finance Assistant position is more than just a clerical role—it is the bedrock of our financial integrity. In the fast-paced world of public health campaigns, your work ensures that every payment is documented, every participant is paid accurately, and every audit is seamless.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Accounting Support: From preparing payment vouchers to maintaining excel journals, you will gain hands-on experience in the “engine room” of NGO finance.
  • Information Management: You will lead the digitization and archiving of financial records, ensuring that the organization’s institutional memory is secure and accessible.
  • Collaborative Learning: Working directly under experienced Finance Officers and Accountants, you will be mentored in international financial standards and donor compliance.

We are looking for “self-starters” who are eager to learn and grow. Our ideal candidate has:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a high level of integrity when handling sensitive data.
