Candidates should have:
- Proven experience in liability generation and portfolio growth
- Strong relationship management and business development skills
- Demonstrated customer acquisition and retention experience
- Knowledge of retail, commercial and SME banking
- Established customer/business networks in their target location
- Strong understanding of the local business environment
- Proven deposit mobilisation and portfolio-growth capability
- Minimum 2B CASA capability
Educational Requirements
- Minimum BSc with Second Class Lower or HND Upper Credit + Master’s degree
- NYSC Certificate or Exemption Letter
- At least 5 O’Level credits, including Mathematics and English
