About the Position

Gender Mobile Initiative invites applications from qualified candidates for the position of Field Coordinator / Community Mobilizer in Bauchi Central.

Requirements

  • Relevant educational qualification in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Education, Public Health, or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in community mobilisation or fieldwork.
  • Fluency in Hausa and English.
  • Current residence in the selected Local Government Area (LGA).
  • Ability to travel to rural communities.
  • Ability to use smartphones for data collection and reporting.
  • Experience in girls’ education, child protection, or Gender-Based Violence (GBV) is an advantage.
