DataraFlow is recruiting a Program Manager to oversee the day-to-day delivery of its six-month Data Science, Machine Learning and Generative AI talent accelerator for African professionals.

Salary: ₦150,000–₦200,000/month

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the programme calendar, milestones and weekly deliverables.
- Track participant progress, engagement and retention.
- Coordinate orientations, sessions, checkpoints and programme activities.
- Recruit, onboard and coordinate mentors.
- Manage programme platforms, participant records and documentation.
- Prepare progress and risk reports for leadership.
- Identify operational challenges and implement timely solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in programme management, community management, operations or a related role.
- Experience managing a programme or cohort from start to finish.
- Strong communication, planning and organizational skills.
- Experience with Discord, Zoho, learning platforms or similar tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Reliable internet connection and availability during West Africa Time.
- Interest in Data Science, AI education and African talent development.
Nice to Have: EdTech, bootcamp or talent accelerator experience; knowledge of Data Science/AI; and experience managing mentors or volunteers.
