About the Role

FRAD Foundation is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Field Enumerators to support critical data collection activities for our ongoing field-based research and survey projects. The successful candidates will be at the forefront of our mission, gathering high-quality data that informs our development and resilience programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct face-to-face interviews and gather accurate data from respondents using structured questionnaires.
  • Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all data collected in accordance with ethical research standards.
  • Navigate assigned field locations effectively to reach target demographics.
  • Upload and sync digital data accurately at the end of each field day.
  • Participate in pre-deployment training sessions to master survey tools and methodologies.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum of a National Diploma or equivalent; University degree preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in data collection, community mobilization, or field research is a strong advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using mobile data collection tools (e.g., KoboCollect, ODK, or Google Forms).
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to speak local languages of the target area is highly desirable.
  • Personal Attributes: High level of integrity, patience, and attention to detail.
