Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Manager to oversee the digital identity and multimedia production of the Phlorem Growth and Wellness Foundation. You will be responsible for capturing high-quality field content and transforming it into compelling narratives that drive social media growth and deepen our community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Multimedia Production & Storytelling

  • Field Capture: Lead the photography and videography efforts during community outreaches, events, and projects to ensure high-quality documentation of our impact.
  • Documentary Editing: Transform raw outreach footage into professional, long-form documentary-style videos that communicate clear and emotionally resonant narratives.
  • Micro-Content Creation: Produce short-form engaging videos and aesthetic graphics tailored for rapid consumption on social media platforms.
  • Creative Direction: Develop fresh storytelling concepts that align with the foundation’s mission to advocate for equitable access to resources.

Digital Strategy & Page Management

  • Social Media Oversight: Manage the daily operations of all PGWF digital platforms, including content scheduling, posting, and community management.
  • Growth Marketing: Implement strategies designed to consistently expand our reach, increase audience engagement, and build a loyal online community.
  • Brand Integrity: Act as the guardian of the PGWF brand, ensuring a consistent visual and tonal identity across all digital touchpoints.

Analytics & Performance Optimization

  • Data Tracking: Regularly monitor social media analytics and insights to measure the effectiveness of various content types.
  • Strategy Refinement: Use performance data to make informed improvements to our digital strategy, ensuring maximum visibility for the foundation’s work.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with program and operations teams to ensure all media content accurately reflects current project milestones and goals.

Candidate Requirements

  • Digital Track Record: Demonstrated experience in managing professional social media accounts with verifiable results in growth and engagement.
  • Technical Mastery: Advanced skills in video shooting and professional editing (both short-form for TikTok/Reels and long-form narrative content).
  • Creative Vision: A natural ability to identify “the story” in a crowd and communicate impact through emotion-driven visuals.
  • Platform Knowledge: A deep understanding of current trends across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Personal Attributes: A proactive, independent worker who can also thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Advantageous: Previous experience working within an NGO or an impact-driven social enterprise.
