Job Summary
The Community Development and Reproductive Health Initiative (CODERHI) is seeking to establish a one-year Framework Agreement (FWA) with premium hospitality vendors in Maiduguri. The objective of this agreement is to secure reliable, high-quality accommodation and conferencing facilities to support our diverse portfolio of meetings, technical workshops, and official missions. Selected vendors will be the preferred partners for our organizational events, ensuring consistent service delivery for our staff and stakeholders.

Scope of Work & Key Responsibilities
Selected hospitality partners will be expected to provide the following on-demand services:
- Accommodation: Providing secure and comfortable lodging for CODERHI personnel, consultants, and visiting partners.
- Conference Facilities: Offering modern, well-ventilated meeting rooms equipped with necessary audiovisual tools and reliable internet connectivity.
- Catering Services: Delivering high-quality refreshments, lunch, and dinner services tailored to the requirements of various workshop formats.
- Event Support: Providing dedicated on-site staff to assist with the logistical setup and smooth execution of scheduled programs.
- Safety & Security: Maintaining rigorous security protocols to ensure the safety of all guests and participants within the premises.

Qualified vendors must demonstrate excellence in the following areas:
- Corporate Compliance: Valid business registration, tax certificates, and relevant hospitality industry licenses.
- Facility Standards: Proof of high-quality rooms, hygienic kitchen facilities, and functional, tech-ready conference halls.
- Operational Track Record: Documented experience in hosting events for NGOs, UN agencies, or government bodies.
- Financial Value: Competitive and transparent pricing models that reflect value for money for humanitarian funding.
- Administrative Reliability: The ability to provide prompt invoicing, clear booking confirmations, and professional communication.
