Thoughtful House Autism Center is seeking to employ a passionate and dedicated Special Needs Teacher to inspire, support, and empower our learners to reach their full potential.

Below are basic requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• TRCN is an added advantage.
• Experience working with children with special needs or in inclusive classrooms.
• Knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and adaptive teaching methods is an added advantage.
• Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Effective communication (written and spoken) skills with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
