Volunteers will lead grassroots mobilization and active HIV/DSTB/DR-TB case finding through outreach and house-to-house efforts at the ward and village levels, directly engaging with WDCs, traditional leaders, and community members.

Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE / Diploma (must be able to read and write).
Advantage:
- HND / B.Sc. in Social Sciences, Public Health, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of local communities, Resident in a Local Government Area (LGA).
Responsibilities
- Mobilize communities for DSTB/DR-TB case finding through Outreaches and House-to House and linkage of TB clients to treatment.
- Achieve set daily and weekly case-finding targets.
- Report progress daily to the Program Manager in Calabar.
- Ensure compliance, accurate, and complete documentation of all project activities using the relevant tools and materials designed for the project.
- Facilitate verification of monthly community data with the facility.
- Submit quality and timely Program weekly report before 12 noon every Friday of the week, also the monthly Program and program report every month.
- Perform any other duty that may be assigned by the organization.
- Facilitate data entry and updates on the COMM-TB App weekly
- Facilitate referrals and linkages for increased uptake of TB/HIV services between community members, health workers, DOT staff, and HIV support groups.
- Participate in monthly data quality exercise.
- Participate in the morning situation meeting.
