Job Summary

The Executive Assistant for HR and Training & Development will serve as a vital link between senior management and the institute’s human capital initiatives. This role is designed for a dynamic, high-achieving professional who will oversee employee engagement, performance management, and the coordination of elite training programs. The successful candidate will combine administrative excellence with a deep understanding of HR functions to drive the institute’s mission of professional excellence and regulatory oversight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Support: Facilitate the end-to-end execution of HR policies, ensuring all staff operations align with the institute’s chartered mandate and professional standards.
  • Training Coordination: Manage the logistics and scheduling for high-level training and development programs aimed at the nation’s credit management elites.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal cycles, helping to cultivate a results-oriented culture that rewards hard work and institutional loyalty.
  • Employee Engagement: Act as a proactive champion for a positive work culture, ensuring high levels of staff morale and professional cohesion.
  • Executive Liaison: Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership, handling confidential documents and complex schedules with precision and humility.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Maintain meticulous records of HR metrics and training outcomes to support the institute’s regulatory and reporting requirements.

Qualifications & Candidate Profile

  • Academic Foundation: A B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Professional Certification: CIPM certification (Chartered Institute of Personnel Management) or an equivalent HR professional qualification is mandatory.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 to 6 years of demonstrable experience in HR functions, specifically within training, development, and performance management.
