By managing cash flows, budgets, and internal audits, you enable the project to remain sustainable and accountable to both our donors and the populations we serve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Oversight & Strategy: Direct the implementation of financial workflows, including cash box management, bank reconciliations, and advance systems, to optimize liquidity and safeguard project assets.

  • Compliance & Risk Management: Evaluate financial risks within the Sokoto context and implement mitigation measures to ensure all activities comply with Nigerian legal requirements and institutional policies.
  • Reporting & Closure: Lead the timely execution of monthly and annual financial closures, producing high-quality reports (sitreps) for external donors and internal management.
