Job Summary

• We are seeking a motivated Engineer – Operations to join our plant operations team.
• The role involves monitoring, controlling, and optimizing production processes to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant performance.
• You will work closely with the control room and field teams to achieve production and quality targets while maintaining high safety and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plant systems and equipment to ensure smooth, continuous operation.
• Maintain process parameters within target limits and support troubleshooting activities.
• Coordinate with maintenance and control room teams to minimize downtime.
• Record and analyze operational data to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare shift reports, production logs, and operational documentation.

Requirements

• Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Metallurgical, Mining, or related engineering discipline.
• Experience: 2 – 5 years of experience in plant operations, process control, or production within a mining or mineral processing plant.
