African Natural Resources & Mines Limited (ANRML) was incorporated in 2012 as part of African Industries Groups plan to embark on Backward Integration for its Steel Production. ANRML started its foray into Mining with the acquisition of Mining Lease in Kaduna State. Subsequently ANRML has also acquired multiple Mining and Exploration licenses in various minerals in over 15 sites and exploration activities are being carried out.

Job Summary
- We are seeking a motivated Engineer – Operations to join our plant operations team.
- The role involves monitoring, controlling, and optimizing production processes to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant performance.
- You will work closely with the control room and field teams to achieve production and quality targets while maintaining high safety and environmental standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor plant systems and equipment to ensure smooth, continuous operation.
- Maintain process parameters within target limits and support troubleshooting activities.
- Coordinate with maintenance and control room teams to minimize downtime.
- Record and analyze operational data to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare shift reports, production logs, and operational documentation.
Requirements
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Metallurgical, Mining, or related engineering discipline.
- Experience: 2 – 5 years of experience in plant operations, process control, or production within a mining or mineral processing plant.
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong technical understanding of plant processes and equipment.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for process improvement.
- Effective communication and coordination across teams.
- Familiarity with DCS/PLC-based process control systems.
- Commitment to operational safety, reliability, and performance excellence.
