The Women and Children Health Empowerment Foundation (WACHEF) is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) registered to practice in Nigeria. The NGO works in partnership with public, private and other non-government organizations to promote accountability, good governance, and contribute to achieving equitable, sustainable and quality healthcare and social services delivery among the poor and vulnerable population, especially women and children in Nigeria. WACHEF was registered with the Taraba State Government in 2001 and with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria in August 2005 with registration number CAC/IT/No 19194.

Interested and qualified vendors should send a soft copy of their quotations to: [email protected] using the Title as the subject of the mail.

Note

  • Vendors should include the following:
    • Complete company documents: For vendors not previously registered with WACHEF, kindly provide your company profile.
    • Payment Terms: 50% upon signing the agreement and acceptance while rest of the payment after delivery of the items.
    • Delivery Terms: Within 7 days upon signing the agreement.
  • The quote must be in the format of the table above, as any errors may invalidate your quote.
  • The Financial bids must be in Naira (NGN)
  • Following the requirement of the Federal Government of Nigeria, Women and Children Health Empowerment Foundation (WACHEF) will deduct 5% withholding tax from the total contractual sum.
  • WACHEF is VAT-exempt.
  • WACHEF reserves the right to reject any or all bids if they fail to meet the criteria or are submitted after the stipulated closing date.
  • Only successful bidder (s) shall be notified and will be asked to sign a Purchase Order. This RFQ does not in any way translate to a contract.
