Job Title: Revenue Assurance Manager
Location: Lagos

Description
- This role reports to the Head of Finance or General Manager.
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Revenue Assurance Manager to ensure accurate and complete revenue capture across our cinema and quick service restaurant operations.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in financial control, POS data analysis, and retail or hospitality revenue systems.
- This role plays a key part in identifying revenue leakages, improving processes, and safeguarding company earnings.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and reconcile daily sales from all cinemas and QSR outlets (tickets, food, beverages, merchandise).
- Investigate discrepancies between POS records, inventory, and actual bank deposits.
- Analyze promotions, discounts, and voucher redemptions to ensure proper usage and system configuration.
- Conduct routine audits on cash handling, ticketing, and food sales processes.
- Collaborate with operations and IT to fix pricing errors, system glitches, and reporting gaps.
- Track inventory against sales to identify losses from theft, waste, or fraud.
- Develop and enforce internal control procedures for revenue assurance.
- Generate periodic reports and dashboards showing revenue trends, leakages, and resolution status.
- Train staff on accurate transaction recording, system use, and compliance with revenue procedures.
- Assist in implementing automated tools and reports to strengthen revenue assurance efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 – 6 years experience in revenue assurance, financial audit, internal control, or similar roles.
- Previous experience in hospitality, QSR, cinema, or retail environments is a strong advantage.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems, reconciliations, and inventory management.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and investigative skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with operations, finance, and IT teams.
- Proficient in Excel; experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
