Key Responsibilities
- Collect, manage, and analyze data to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Generate insights and reports to support data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate with program teams and stakeholders to improve data systems
- Provide technical support to field teams
- Translate complex data into actionable recommendations
Requirements
- SSCE
- National Diploma (ND/HND)
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Masters
- Doctorate
- Proven experience in data analysis and database management
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, Tableau)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team
