Mercy Corps Nigeria is currently seeking legally registered companies specialized in Vehicle Rental Services to support our operations in Abuja and Yobe. We invite qualified bidders to submit their expressions of interest as part of this competitive tender process.
MANDATORY SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Interested companies MUST submit the following documentation to be considered for the next stage:
- Intent to Bid Form: Fully completed and signed.
- Supplier Information Form: Fully completed and signed.
- Company Registration: Evidence of valid registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
- Tax Compliance: Valid Company Tax Clearance Certificates for the years 2023, 2024, and 2025.

Suppliers must download the necessary forms via the link below:
Stage 1: Submission of the Intent to Bid and mandatory compliance documents.
Stage 2: After the closing date, a formal Request for Bid (RFB) will be sent exclusively to suppliers who successfully submitted their Intent to Bid forms. The RFB will be sent according to the preferences indicated in your submission.
