INTRODUCTION
Mercy Corps is a leading global organization powered by the belief that a better world is possible. To support our multi-state operations, Mercy Corps Nigeria is inviting applications from legally registered companies specialized in providing Hotel Accommodation and Catering Services.
This tender covers requirements across the following locations:
- North: Abuja (FCT), Borno, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Nasarawa, Plateau, Yobe, Kogi
- South/Central: Abia, Benue, Cross River, Delta, Lagos
MANDATORY SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Interested bidders MUST submit the following documentation in the initial stage:
- Intent to Bid Form: Fully completed and signed.
- Supplier Information Form: Fully completed and signed.
- Company Registration: Evidence of valid registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
- Tax Compliance: Valid Company Tax Clearance Certificates for the years 2023, 2024, and 2025.

Two-Stage Process:
- Stage 1: Submission of the Intent to Bid and mandatory compliance documents.
- Stage 2: Following the closing date, a formal Request for Bid (RFB) will be sent to suppliers who passed the initial screening. This RFB will be tailored to the specific geographical preferences mentioned in your Intent to Bid Form.

All required documents must be compiled into one (1) single PDF file and submitted via email.

IMPORTANT NOTICES
- Deadline: Submissions received after 11:59 PM on 20th April, 2026, will be automatically disqualified.
- Compliance: Failure to submit any of the four mandatory documents (Intent to Bid, Supplier Info, CAC, or 3-year Tax Clearance) will result in the cancellation of the application.
- Channel: Applications sent through any channel other than the designated tender email will not be entertained.
