Job Description
What you will do in this role:
- Support laboratory service delivery activities at facility level.
- Provide routine supportive supervision to facility laboratory staff.
- Support implementation of laboratory SOPs and quality control measures.
- Assist in tracking laboratory testing data and commodity needs.
- Deliver against the approved GHSD milestone plan and quarterly performance targets, integrating services across the HIV, TB, malaria, and MNCH platform and progressively transferring functions to Government of Nigeria ownership.
- Support capacity-building activities for laboratory personnel.
Minimum Recruitment Standard
Qualifications and experience we look for:
- A first Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in laboratory services, with experience on donor-funded projects preferred.
- Good knowledge of laboratory testing protocols.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
