Programme Overview
Asad Energy Fleet Ltd. is inviting applications from young Nigerians for its Paid CNG Conversion Internship Programme – Phase I.
The programme provides practical, hands-on mechanical workshop training in Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) vehicle conversion. It is designed to equip participants with technical skills and provide a pathway to full-time employment for successful interns.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be between 18 and 29 years old.
- Be willing to relocate to any Asad CNG conversion workshop across Nigeria.
- Be interested in mechanical and technical work.
- Be ready to participate in practical, hands-on workshop training.
- Have the willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
Previous experience as an electrician, mechanic, or panel beater will be an added advantage.
Note: No formal educational qualification is required.

Important Programme Terms
Successful interns will be required to commit to working with Asad Energy Fleet Ltd. for three years after completing their training and being confirmed as full-time employees.
Interns must sign a bond agreeing not to leave the company or join another firm before the commitment period expires, unless they reimburse the company in accordance with the agreement.
Applicants are strongly advised to carefully review and understand the bond, repayment conditions, and other contractual terms before accepting an offer.
