  • Adapt captions and visual messaging for different platforms to maximize engagement and reach.
  • Coordinate with field offices to capture real-time updates and success stories from project sites.

4. Analytics & Performance Reporting

  • Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) to identify top-performing content.
  • Prepare periodic data-driven summaries to inform the mission’s broader communication strategy.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, Marketing, or International Relations.
  • Experience: * Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in social media management, specifically within the Nigerian digital ecosystem.

    • Experience in humanitarian or public sector communications is a distinct advantage.
  • Skills: * Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone for various digital audiences.
    • High level of digital literacy and familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools.
    • Sound judgment and discretion when handling politically nuanced or sensitive issues.
