Talent Lab is inviting qualified and experienced professionals to apply for the position of In-State Vaccine Consultant for a reputable development advisory firm operating in Nasarawa State. This is a short-term consultancy opportunity offering a highly competitive monthly net salary of ₦1,000,000.

The hiring organization is committed to improving health, environmental, and social development outcomes for vulnerable and underserved populations. The selected consultant will provide technical and operational support for the implementation of an ongoing vaccination project within the state.

Job Summary

The In-State Vaccine Consultant will support vaccination program implementation through effective coordination, field supervision, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and reporting. The consultant will work closely with project teams and stakeholders to improve program delivery and ensure successful implementation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and operational support for vaccination program implementation.
  • Coordinate field activities and monitor project execution across implementation sites.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative program data.
  • Identify operational gaps and recommend practical solutions to improve performance.
  • Prepare detailed progress reports, implementation updates, and stakeholder presentations.
  • Support stakeholder engagement and coordination with relevant health authorities and partners.
  • Ensure accountability, compliance, and timely reporting throughout the project cycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum of Second-Class Upper) in International Development, Public Health, Medicine, Health Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4–5 years of relevant experience in vaccination programs, global health, public health implementation, or international development.
  • Experience with donor-funded projects, immunization campaigns, or health systems strengthening initiatives is highly preferred.
  • Strong skills in field implementation, stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and program coordination.
  • Ability to work effectively in dynamic and fast-paced field environments.
