Job Description
What you will do in this role:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, escalated from supported health facilities.
- Support the maintenance and troubleshooting of local area networks (LAN), internet connectivity, and health facility IT infrastructure.
- Support data backup, storage, and security protocols.
- Assist in the deployment and support of program data systems and digital tools.
- Maintain IT equipment inventory and support procurement planning for IT supplies.
- Provide basic IT training and guidance to staff.
- Document recurring technical issues and escalate systemic problems to the HQ.
Minimum Recruitment Standard
Qualifications and experience we look for:
- A First Degree in Computer Science, Information system, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in IT support.
- Good knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
