We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Manager

Location: Borno
Job type: Contract

Position Summary

  • The HR Manager will oversee all human resource functions, including recruitment, performance management, staff welfare, and compliance with organizational policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new staff.
  • Maintain updated employee records and HR database.
  • Support staff capacity building and performance evaluation.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and donor regulations.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Prepare HR reports and support audits as required.

Qualifications and  Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification is an advantage).
  • Minimum of 4 years’ HR experience, preferably in NGO settings.
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
