Available Positions

CAIN is recruiting for the following roles:

  • Administrative and Finance Manager
  • Tech Education Lead
  • Junior Class Mathematics Tutor

Each position plays a strategic role in advancing CAIN’s educational mission.

1. Administrative and Finance Manager

The Administrative and Finance Manager will oversee financial management systems and administrative operations to ensure accountability, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes
  • Manage accounting systems and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Supervise administrative procedures and office operations
  • Maintain proper documentation and financial records
  • Support donor reporting and audits
  • Strengthen internal control systems

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, ICAN) is an added advantage
  • Relevant experience in finance and administrative management
  • Strong budgeting and reporting skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting tools
  • High integrity and attention to detail

2. Tech Education Lead

The Tech Education Lead will design and implement technology-based learning initiatives to enhance digital literacy and innovation programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage tech education curriculum
  • Lead digital skills training programs
  • Coordinate workshops and classroom integration of technology
  • Mentor educators and learners
  • Monitor and evaluate program outcomes
