About the role
- Fundraising & Events Volunteers support the foundation’s ability to keep delivering programmes by helping to plan and run income-generating and awareness activities. If you enjoy organising events, engaging people, and creative problem-solving, this role offers a meaningful way to contribute.
Key responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of fundraising events and campaigns.
- Assist with outreach to potential donors, corporate partners, and supporters.
- Help coordinate logistics for dinners, raffles, auctions, and awareness events.
- Follow up on event enquiries and RSVPs.
- Assist in producing event materials including invitations, programmes, and signage.
What we’re looking for
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable speaking with donors and members of the public.
- Able to attend planning meetings and events in person where required.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in events, fundraising, or sales.
- Existing networks that could support the foundation’s fundraising efforts.
