About the role
- Our Social Media Volunteer will work remotely alongside our Communications Officer to help tell the foundation’s story online. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for social impact and digital content who wants to contribute meaningfully, even from a distance.
Key responsibilities
- Create graphic and written content for Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Schedule and publish posts according to the content calendar.
- Monitor comments and engage with the online community.
- Report on key engagement metrics monthly.
- Support the production of campaign assets during fundraising or awareness drives.
What we’re looking for
- Familiarity with major social media platforms.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or equivalent).
- Good written English and a strong eye for visual presentation.
- Able to commit at least 4 hours per week.
Nice to have
- Experience managing social accounts for a brand or organisation.
- Video editing skills.
- Interest in public health and community welfare.
