About Dataphyte Foundation
Dataphyte Foundation is implementing the Nigeria Election Data Observatory (NEDO) for the 2027 General Elections. The initiative aims to support election observation, data collection, monitoring, and reporting.
Job Summary
Dataphyte Foundation is inviting qualified and experienced Nigerians to apply for the position of State Coordinator under the Nigeria Election Data Observatory (NEDO).
Successful candidates will oversee election observation activities and manage field observers in their assigned states during the 2027 Presidential and National Assembly Elections. They will coordinate observers and support election monitoring and reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate election observation activities within the assigned state.
- Manage and supervise field observers.
- Organise training and provide guidance to field teams.
- Coordinate field activities during election observation.
- Support election monitoring, data collection, and reporting.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination among observers.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be between 18 and 35 years of age.
- Possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
- Have previous experience in election observation and reporting.
- Demonstrate strong communication and report-writing skills.
- Be capable of conducting training, coordinating field activities, and managing people effectively.
- Be a resident of the state for which they are applying.
