Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of impactful programs that advance the organization’s mission.
- The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a proven track record in nonprofit or health-related program management, stakeholder engagement, team development, and program impact measurement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of programs and initiatives.
- Monitor program performance, outcomes, and impact against established KPIs.
- Develop and maintain effective monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
- Prepare high-quality reports for leadership, partners, donors, and stakeholders.
- Build and manage relationships with beneficiaries, partners, funders, and community organizations.
- Oversee program budgets and ensure effective resource utilization.
- Support fundraising, grant management, and donor engagement efforts.
- Lead, mentor, and develop staff and volunteers.
- Ensure program compliance with nonprofit sector regulations and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Social Work, Non-profit Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Program Management.
- Experience managing nonprofit, healthcare, public health, or community-focused programs.
- Strong experience in program design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Proven budget and resource management experience.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
- Experience with grant management and fundraising.
