About the Role
As a Client Success Agent, you will provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and live chat. You will assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, payment concerns, and platform-related issues while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer issues or escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions.
- Assist customers with billing, collections, and payment-related concerns.
- Apply customer retention strategies and manage cancellation requests.
- Meet customer service performance targets, including response time and quality standards.
Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-first attitude with empathy and professionalism.
- Basic understanding of the U.S. credit system, including loans and credit cards.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar CRM tools.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
- A reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
