Job Title: Logistics Intern, Nigeria

Travel: Up to 40%
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in procurement processes by collecting quotations, preparing purchase orders, and ensuring compliance with NRC procurement policies
- Support supplier follow-up to ensure timely delivery and resolve any logistical issues
- Maintain and update asset inventory records, ensuring accuracy and accountability
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of logistics records on O365 for audit readiness
- Support data entry and database updates, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Assist in asset disposal processes in line with NRC policies and procedures
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
- Support market assessments and supplier prequalification processes as required
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor to support logistics and operations.
Qualifications
- Recent graduate in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Basic understanding of logistics and operations processes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Interest in the humanitarian/NGO sector
- Fluency in English is required.
