About the job
- To Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and finished goods.
- Ensure Stock meets the Lab specifications and fit for use.
- Do inventory/physical count and stock reconciliation activities.
- Ensure proper storage and inventory principles (FIFO/FEFO) compliance.
- Generate basic warehouse and inventory reports
- Issue stocks to relevant departments while ensuring proper documentation.
- Monitor stock levels, report stock out items and discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare dispatch documentation and coordinate outbound activities.
