They are currently looking for Workshop Assistants to help with training activities across Kebbi State as part of their health worker capacity-building efforts.
About the Position
Job Title: Workshop Assistant

This role supports the Kaduna State Cascade Trainings, which will involve training health facility staff, community drug distributors, and town announcers. It’s an important role for anyone interested in community health, public engagement, and training logistics.
Key Responsibilities
As a Workshop Assistant, you will:

Register all participants using electronic or paper-based attendance tools.

Coordinate with caterers to ensure timely meal delivery.

Distribute workshop materials to participants.
-
Take photos during training sessions (with proper consent).
-
Set up and manage IT equipment during workshops.
-
Support other logistical tasks to ensure a smooth training experience.
Expected Deliverables
By the end of the assignment, successful candidates are expected to submit:

Verified attendance lists (both soft and hard copies).

Validated bank details of participants and facilitators (in Excel format and hard copy).

E-copy of workshop photos, taken with consent.

A short report summarizing your role and contributions.
Qualifications and Skills
Education:

Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in any discipline.
Experience:

Prior experience supporting workshops or trainings is required.

Familiarity with administrative or logistic work is a strong asset.
Skills:

Good with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).

Strong time management and organizational abilities.

Able to work alone or as part of a team.

Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities.
