The Hive Network Africa is a non-profit, non-political organization dedicated to nurturing Africa’s next generation of groundbreakers. We empower young people with knowledge and the right environment to grow into leaders and entrepreneurs who inspire future generations to become better, smarter, faster, and more productive.

Our mission is to drive Leadership and Entrepreneurship Development for African youths aged 15–35 years, while contributing to stronger leadership and economic growth across the continent.

Ongoing Project: Benin Skill Fest 2026

The Benin Skill Fest 2026 is a flagship skill acquisition initiative by The Hive Network Africa. It is tailored for young people aged 15–35 in Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria, focusing on digital literacy and tech-based skills to meet the needs of today’s global economy.

Location: Benin, EDO State

Our goal: Train and empower 1,000 young people with high-demand digital-age skills, making them competitive in the job market and entrepreneurship space.

Available Volunteer Roles

  • Graphics Designer (EDO)
    Create engaging flyers, posters, and visual content to promote our programs and events.

  • Video Editor (EDO)
    Edit videos for campaigns, events, and online platforms to tell our story in a compelling way.

  • Social Media Manager (EDO)
    Manage and grow our social media presence, engage with audiences, and promote our initiatives online.

  • Strategic Partnership Officer (EDO)
    Build and maintain partnerships with organizations, sponsors, and stakeholders to support our programs.

  • Communications Officer (EDO)
    Draft press releases, newsletters, and reports, while ensuring smooth communication within and outside the organization.

  • Program Officer Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of programs and events, ensuring smooth execution.

  • Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer (EDO)
    Track, measure, and report program impact, helping us improve effectiveness and accountability.

  • Executive Assistant (EDO)
    Provide administrative support to the leadership team, ensuring tasks, schedules, and meetings run efficiently.
