Job Title: Visa File Instructor

Location: Lagos

Synthetic description of the position

• Conduct the examination of visa application files, under the authority of the head of diplomatic mission/consular post, the head of chancery and the head of visa department.

Main activities

• Apply and monitor the proper use of visa regulations
• Carry out the verification, training and decision-making on the files of visa applications
• Participate in the daily monitoring and control of the activity of the service provider, if applicable
• Information for the head of visa department
• Participation in reflections on improving the quality of services rendered
• Participation in the training and supervision of individual contractors.

Diplomas or professional experience recommended to perform the duties:

• Visa training and experience.
