Job Title: Visa File Instructor
Location: Lagos
Synthetic description of the position
- Conduct the examination of visa application files, under the authority of the head of diplomatic mission/consular post, the head of chancery and the head of visa department.
Main activities
- Apply and monitor the proper use of visa regulations
- Carry out the verification, training and decision-making on the files of visa applications
- Participate in the daily monitoring and control of the activity of the service provider, if applicable
- Information for the head of visa department
- Participation in reflections on improving the quality of services rendered
- Participation in the training and supervision of individual contractors.
Diplomas or professional experience recommended to perform the duties:
- Visa training and experience.
