Job Summary

  • The Climate-Smart Farming & Rural Resilience Development Foundation (CSFRRDF) is recruiting a MEL Data/WASH Integration Lead to support the design and implementation of its Community Needs Assessment (CNA) and pilot programming in Benue State.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and overseeing Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning systems
  • Ensuring data quality assurance across field deployment
  • Integrating WASH indicators within resilience and agricultural programming
  • Supporting evidence-based pilot design
  • Producing structured analytical outputs for donor readiness.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in MEL system design (not just reporting)
  • Experience in WASH integration within development programming
  • Competence in data tools (ODK, Kobo, Excel, etc.)
  • Experience working in rural field contexts.
