About the Job
Job Title: Supply Chain Supervisor
Location: Bauchi

Main Purpose
- Planning and supervising the execution of the supply chain activities in the project or capital (order, pro-curement, transport and customs and stock management) according to MSF protocols and standards in order to ensure the optimal functioning of the mission.
Job Description
- Oversee and support the team under his/her supervision and conducting basic analysis of key supply processes within the project.
- Coordinate and supervise the team’s daily supply chain activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods in the stocks.
- Guide the team through local tender processes for goods and services, ensuring compliance with MSF procurement procedures.
- Work with the team to monitor and analyze key supply performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and ensuring supply chain efficiency.
- Ensure the team maintains accurate and up-to-date stock cards across all project storage locations.
- Provide support and leadership to the team during staff absences or high workload periods, and collaborate with other projects or coordination when needed.
- Support the team in promptly preparing and submitting incident reports related to supply or logistics issues, such as missing items, using MSF’s standard tools and templates.
- Ensure the team properly prepares freight manifests and waybills for all goods, items, and equipment moved to or from the office, hospital, GH, or coordination.
- Monitor all purchase requests sent to coordination and keep the project informed of the status of each order.
- Monitor all internal shipments of goods and shipments from the coordination team.
- Produce monthly and quarterly project reports and share with project managers and the supply team in coordination.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree, Certification or Degree in Supply Chain Management is an asset.
Experience:
- 1 – 2 years in MSF Logistics Department, previous experience in supply chain activities related jobs.
Languages:
- English and Hausa language are essential.

- Essential computer literacy (word, excel, internet)
