We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Human Resource / Operations Manager

Description
We are seeking passionate and highly competent professionals to join our team and strengthen the delivery of life-saving services to persons living with Sickle Cell Disorder.
Job Role
The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership for people management and organisational operations, ensuring efficient systems, staff development, compliance, and smooth programme implementation.
Requirements
Relevant academic and professional qualifications
Demonstrated experience in a similar role
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
