We invite quotations from qualified vendors for:

Title: Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the Procurement of Multimedia Equipment

Location: Makurdi, Benue

Description
We hereby invite qualified vendors to submit quotations for the supply of the following items:

Lot 1: Sound Bar 5.1Ch Wireless Subwoofer

  • Output Power: 540 Watts
  • Configuration: 5.1 Channel
  • Connectivity: Wireless Subwoofer.

Lot 2: 75″ 4K QLED Smart Television

  • Screen Size: 75 Inches
  • Resolution: 4K Ultra HD
  • Smart Features: Google TV / QLED Smart.

Lot 3: 4K Video Conferencing Camera with Conference Room

  • Microphone System
  • Video Quality: 4K Ultra-HD (3840 x 2160), 30 fps
  • Features: AI-powered Intelligent Zoom, Face Tracking, Lighting
  • Optimization, Privacy Shutter
  • Connectivity: USB-C Plug & Play (Windows/macOS).

Pre-Qualification Requirements
Interested vendors should submit the following documents:

  • Brief company profile
  • Pictorial evidence of the quoted itemsshowing the description of the items
  • Certificate of Incorporation with CAC
  • Evidence of Tax Payment / Tax Identification Number (TIN)
  • Evidence of executing similar contracts within the last 3 years
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Delivery cost (if applicable)
  • Bank name and address
  • Terms of payment (after delivery or otherwise)
  • Validity period of the quotation.

Finacial Bid / Price Quotation

  • Please provide your most competitive quotefor the items in any of the Lots listed above.
  • Preference will be given to suppliers offering high-quality productsat the lowest price, in line with the stated specifications.

Important Notes: A 2% Withholding Tax (WHT)will be deducted and remitted to the relevant tax authority.

Makurdi, Benue State.
