The Katsina State Primary Health Care Development Agency (KSPHCDA) invites applications from qualified and dedicated health professionals for recruitment as Community-Based Health Workers (CBHW) and Skilled Birth Attendants (SBA) across the 34 Local Government Areas of Katsina State.
This recruitment is aimed at strengthening primary healthcare delivery, improving maternal and child health, and ensuring equitable access to essential health services in all communities of Katsina State.

- Community Health Extension Worker (CHEW)
- Junior Community Health Extension Worker (JCHEW)
- Midwife
- Community Midwife
Application Requirements
Interested applicants must:
Fill out the CBHW & SBA Application Form accurately.
Provide complete personal and professional information, including:
Full name (Surname first and in CAPITAL letters)
Date of Birth
Sex
Local Government Area (LGA) of Origin and Residence
Ward and Settlement of Residence
Indicate current practising licence status (Yes/No) and provide the licence number if available.
Indicate whether you are currently providing casual health services, and specify:
Type of service (LGA Casual, BHCPF, GAVI, MSS, eMSS, or None)
Duration (in years)
Current duty station
Who Can Apply
This recruitment is open to qualified CHEWs, JCHEWs, Midwives, and Community Midwives currently residing in Katsina State. Applicants must demonstrate commitment to serving in rural and underserved communities.
