What You’ll Do
As the Quantitative Research Team Lead, your responsibilities will include:
Technical & Supervisory Tasks

Lead all aspects of the quantitative research work.

Prepare a detailed inception report (participant recruitment, data analysis plan, timeline).

Collaborate with the project team to access research tools and documentation.

Help finalize the survey questionnaires after testing.
Training & Oversight

Develop training materials and supervision checklists.

Organize and lead training sessions for field supervisors and research assistants.
-
Ensure the research is conducted ethically and in line with international standards.
Data Collection & Analysis

Oversee proper data collection, participant privacy, and secure data handling.

Ensure clean, reliable data—from raw collection to final analysis.

Compile datasets and analyze them using STATA.

Write and submit detailed technical reports with findings and recommendations.

Who Should Apply
Qualifications

MSc in Public Health, Demography, Statistics, or related field.

At least 8 years post-qualification experience.

Minimum 5 years experience in public health research, especially in donor-funded projects.
Skills & Experience

Strong knowledge of tools like SurveyCTO, STATA, and data analysis techniques.

Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Excellent writing skills for reporting and data interpretation.

Experience leading and training teams.
